In addition, Particular Solutions, Inc. is involved in community outreach programs.

Expand Your Horizons is an award winning, hands-on science experience for 6th grade girls. The program is continuing to be held in the fall and the spring at Chestnut Hill College. Due to overwhelming demand, the program is being expanded in two important ways. Additional laboratory space has been made available at Chestnut Hill College, which will allow additional girls to be accepted into the program.

The exciting news is that, through a generous donation from Cabot Corporation, Expand Your Horizons will be visiting schools in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. These visits will be scheduled throughout the school year as an outreach of the ACS National Chemistry Week events.
